Two Neighboring homes with access in the backyard to easily go between both homes. Please note, we are right off of the major highway (I-35), so road noise is to be expected. Home A - This adorable 1500 sqft bungalow style home with private access via an alleyway, boasts an open floor plan with a large and private backyard, a bonus karaoke/movie lounge, and outdoor fireplace. Perfect for 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms, +1 bonus karaoke/movie room with a pullout queen sofa bed, and 2 full bathrooms, with room for up to 10 if you want to squeeze and sleep on the provided queen air mattress. Home B- Adorable 1,100 bungalow style home with private access via an alleyway. Open floor plan with a large and private backyard. Perfect for 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 1 large (2 sink) bathroom. Both homes have games, kids toys, etc. If you need anything that you don’t see on our list of amenities, please ask and we can see if we can accommodate you!
Other Details to Note
We pay our cleaners by the hour so have added late checkout fees to make sure they are taken care of, as well as have enough time to prep the home for our next guests. Late fees are as follows: First 15 minutes: Free 11:15-11:30: $50 fee 11:30-11:45: $75 fee 11:45-12:00: $100 fee Pets fees: $100/pet (we can approve up to 2 house trained dogs)
