Open floor plan that's great for lounging or entertaining, fully stocked kitchen, large backyard with patio, and a cozy front porch to soak it all in.

Adorable bungalow style home with private access via an alleyway. Open floor plan with a large and private backyard. Perfect for 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 1 large (2 sink) bathroom. We have games, kids toys, etc. If you need anything that you don’t see on our list of amenities, please ask and we can see if we can accommodate you! Please note, our home is right off of the major highway (I-35), so road noise should be expected. We are close to the main I-35 highway, so although it’s a quiet neighborhood, you will hear street noise (cars driving by, sirens, etc). The back bedroom is in the direction of the highway, so road noise should be expected. Our front door is accessible via a one way alleyway only. We offer two free parking spots for guests. For over 2 cars, there is free parking within the neighborhood at short walk away. We pay our cleaners by the hour so have added late checkout fees to make sure they are taken care of, as well as have enough time to prep the home for our next guests. Late fees are as follows: First 15 minutes: Free 11:15-11:30: $50 fee 11:30-11:45: $75 fee 11:45-12:00: $100 fee

Other Details to Note

We are close to the main I-35 highway, so although it’s a quiet neighborhood, you will hear street noise (cars driving by, sirens, etc). The back two bedrooms are in the direction of the highway, so please expect some road noise. Our indoor fireplace isn’t available for use at this time. Our front door is accessible via a one way alleyway only. Parking is limited, but we offer one free parking spot for guests in front of the property. There is free parking within the neighborhood a short walk away. Pet fees: $100/pet (we allow up to 2 house trained pets)

House Rules

Check out is at 11:00am. Please be sure to wash dishes/load and start the dishwasher and take out the trash on your way out. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of the neighboring residents and refrain from outside noise during these hours.

We are located at the northern tip of the historic Cherrywood Neighborhood! Cherrywood is one of the most sought after East Austin neighborhoods. It’s filled with large trees, and a beautiful park (Patterson Park) within walking distance. We are also within walking distance from the Mueller Lake Park Development, filled with events, restaurants, bars, and a movie theater. There’s even a farmers market every Sunday.

You’ll have full and private access to the entire home and fenced in back yard.

Austin has lots of ride share options or you will have one (1) parking space available to use during your stay in the driveway. Our front door is accessible via a one-way alleyway. There is additional parking within the neighborhood for free (and a short walk) if you have additional cars.
